Which One Should I Use: Vaping or Smoking?

Which one should I use? What are the benefits of vaping? What is Vaping anyway? What are the health risks associated with it? These are all questions that many people have when they consider using Electronic Cigarettes.

This blog post will hopefully help you make a decision on whether or not to vape by giving you some information about both smoking and vaping, including their advantages and disadvantages.

Smoking cigarettes is a habit that many people have picked up. What they may not realize about this habit, however, is that it can be deadly and pose risks to the health of those who smoke them as well.

There are many different kinds of smoking products out there – from traditional cigars, pipes, and hookahs to e-cigarettes or vaporizers. The primary difference between these items lies in how much research has been done on their safety profile past what’s already known about tobacco use (itself linked with lung cancer).

Vaping falls under the category for “e-cigarette” where liquid nicotine is heated into an aerosol mist using a battery powered device called an electronic cigarette. With some brands you’re choosing between fruit flavored liquids or tobacco flavors – with others you’re choosing between nicotine strengths like “extra low” to “high”.

There are many different brands of e-cigarettes on the market, some better than others. What’s important is that your device heats up the liquid in a way that creates an inhalable vapor instead of smoke so it doesn’t contain any tar and other harmful substances found in cigarette smoke. What people do not know about vaping is whether it poses its own risks as well – for example, e-cigarette use has been linked to heart disease and lung cancer (although less often) because these devices produce chemicals known as volatile organic compounds which can be inhaled into one’s system.

Last but not least there are studies which show that the use of e-cigarettes is less harmful than smoking cigarettes because it doesn’t contain any tobacco. We know this to be true but we also don’t yet have much information on what long term effects there are and how bad these can be, with no “control” group for comparison – meaning those who smoke. What’s more, vaping may not eliminate nicotine addiction as many people had hoped…

What should you do?

If you’re still interested in using an electronic cigarette or vaporizer then make sure to buy a good quality device from a reputable company which contains ingredients made in the US and Europe according to FDA regulations (or has at least gone through cosmetic testing). Take care when filling your cartridge with liquid so that they’re not leaking or spilling. What you do not want to happen is for your device (or e-liquid) to leak and come into contact with the skin because it can contain toxic substances – if this does happen rinse off immediately, remove all clothing that came in contact, call Poison Control at 800-222-1222 and go see a doctor as soon as possible.

If you’re considering using an electronic cigarette then make sure to read about the different brands of these devices before deciding on one – some have better reviews than others so it’s important that you know what kind of quality level you are purchasing when shopping around.

Lastly but not least remember that once someone starts smoking they never stop entirely: we only hope they might switch from traditional cigarettes to less harmful “vaping” products. What you should also keep in mind is that e-cigarettes are not for children and it’s important to understand the pros and cons before making your decision as well as what long term effects there may be on one’s health.
